6 September 2009 – San Fabian. The catechists incorporated in their catechism classes with their students and pupils how to pray the rosary as part of the celebration of the October Rosary Month, a yearly celebration of the Parish of St. Fabian, Pope and Martyr. They decided to give their students rosaries. The parish invited Sis. Silvana M. de Vera to teach the catechists on how to make rosaries.
The half-day training was held last 6 September, Sunday, after the regular meeting of the Parish Catechists. It was held at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Chapel. Some members of the Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs) participated in the training.
