Responding to the call of times for an even greater involvement of the Church in the mission of social transformation according to the spirit of the Gospel, I invite the People of God in the Archdiocese of Lingayen Dagupan and all people of good will in Pangasinan Province to participate in "Lakad Pangasinan .. Malinis na Halalan" on April 17, 2010 at the Don Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center, Lingayen, Pangasinan starting with a Eucharistic Celebration at six o’clock in the morning.
The covenant for Clean Honest Accurate Meaningful and Peaceful (CHAMP) Elections will take place in front of the Provincial Capitol Building at half past eight in the morning. The General Assembly of PPCRV volunteers will take place at nine o’clock in the morning at the Sison Auditorium following the covenant signing.
