The first ever Archdiocesan Congress on Divine Mercy was held in the Parish of St. Fabian, Pope and Martyr with the participation of about six hundred devotees coming from the different parishes of the Archdiocese. Majority of the participants came from the host parish and the Parish of St. Thomas Aquinas, Mangaldan, Pangasinan. The Congress was conceived and encouraged by Msgr. Renato P.
